Event: We are Launching an Indoor Walking Club

"Walking your way to better health all year long"

Our Walking Club is back by popular demand with a twist. We have added an Indoor Walking Club component. We will have an Indoor & Outdoor Season in 2026.

Indoor Walking Club Details

Date: Every Thursday from January 8th through April 30 (come when you can)

Time: 9:00 am

Place: Northbrook Court, 1515 Lake Cook Rd., Northbrook (meet at the southeast entrance near Neiman Marcus). There are lockers by that entrance where we can store our belongings while we walk.

Who: All Forward Focus patients and the community at large are welcome

Parameters: Registrants need to be able to walk a minimum of 30 minutes (approximately 1.5 miles) unassisted. All are welcome to walk further if desired.

Registration: Please contact Marti at mgreenberg@forwardfocusmed.com by January 7 if you wish to join our Indoor Walking Club. We need your contact information to keep you informed of any changes in our walking schedule.

Cost: Complimentary
