Pre-Initial Visit:
Before we meet, you'll complete a set of thorough questionnaires. This helps us maximize our time together so we can focus on education, understanding, and planning, not paperwork.

Initial Visit:
The initial visit is 60-90 minutes long, giving us plenty of time without feeling rushed. We'll review your past medical history in detail, explore your current symptoms and health goals, and start building a custom treatment plan that fits your life.

What Does Ongoing Care Look Like:
Ongoing care is based on how you're feeling and what your health goals are.

Here's what you can expect:

  • A check-in a few weeks after your initial visit to see how you’re doing
  • A follow-up visit 6–12 weeks after starting any new medication

Follow-up visits are 30–45 minutes and provide time to review your progress, adjust medications, and refine your care plan. Once we find what works best, you can typically receive a full year of prescription refills.
