Forward Focus - Highland Park Office

The Forward Focus Bannockburn office will be transitioning to our new Forward Focus Highland Park location effective Monday, November 17, 2025. Dr. Elperin, Nurse Layla, and Practice Manager Stacy look forward to welcoming you to our new space, where they will continue to provide you with the same high-quality personalized care. Dr. Smriti Goel will be joining Dr. Elperin in the Highland Park location and will begin seeing patients on Monday, January 5, 2026.
